BIHAR had a logo, but it needed to build an entire brand identity from there.
We designed co-creation sessions where we were able to understand the challenge, learn about the project, empathize with the target audience, determine the scope and budget, and from there we mapped out a communication plan that responded to their needs.
Brand identity, narrative, voice, media management, campaigns… all this along with the creation of communication pieces that helped present and position this new service in the market.
